Founded in 1958, Universal Site Services is proudly one of the largest family owned full service outdoor maintenance organizations on the West Coast.

Originating in Parking Lot Sweeping as one of the inventors of the regenerative air parking lot sweeper and while remaining true to our core beliefs and primary service as a sweeping company, USS grew alongside the marketplace. Over the years we added a number of services to our operation in order to fulfill the growing requirements of our customers, and in time, USS evolved into a true full service exterior building and maintenance resource.
